We are Pizzaza, a pizza organization, (not really, what happened is I chose .org instead of .com on accident and can't go back).  We make pizzas according to what we want with the exception of some classics like cheese and pepperoni.  We typically have a revolving menu that changes seasonally.  Our pizzas are made with a blend of organic Central Milling flours, ingredients from local farmers markets and cheeses from our local Italian delis.  One of our main focuses is fairness and affordability so we try our best to accommodate customers.  We have set prices for pizzas served at markets, and events as well as set prices listed under our catering section, but if you need some accommodation then we are happy to negotiate a price you can afford.
